**2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Your main work will be meeting and speaking to clients, visitors and callers, whether in person or on the telephone.
- You may from time to time be required to carry out tasks which are outside the usual scope of your work in order to facilitate the proper conduct of the office and of clients’ business.
- Your work will involve you in assisting with the administration of the daily work of the firm in any ways (including work which is outside of the usual scope of your job, as and when reasonably necessary), which may be appropriate including the maintaining of diaries, responding appropriately to enquiries received from clients and from other firms and reporting appropriately to other members of the firm or staff.
- In your work and generally, you must promote, maintain and advance the position of the firm both professionally and commercially.

**2. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Acting as Receptionist/Admin Assistant, including:

- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering the telephone and taking detailed messages
- Keeping reception tidy
- Diary management for the conference room
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Monitoring stationery and office supplies
- Assisting with photocopying and scanning if needed
- Scanning and archiving files
