Sales Admin

An experienced general admin and accounts person is required, who would be reporting to and be responsible for providing day to day support and assistance to the Admin & Finance Supervisor, whilst working closely with other members of a small sales admin and accounts team.
Strong communication skills are essential.
Day to day responsibilities may include sales order processing, invoicing and sales enquiries, ledger and general accounts. The role will involve any number of other admin or accounts tasks as required and you will need to be able to work under pressure in a calm, confident and organised manner.
Applicants should have ledger experience and possess strong numeracy skills, a very good working knowledge if Microsoft Excel and be able to carry out data input and other tasks with speed, accuracy and attention to detail.
You must be self motivated and possess a positive disposition and be able to demonstrate that you have a willing and flexible attitude to the role.
This role is a full time position, Monday - Friday 8:15am - 5pm.
