**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
The is a dual role of Training Facilitator/Quality Monitoring Officer
**Monitoring**:
To ensure NW Care Service Users, staff and stakeholders are monitored in accordance with company policies and procedures.
To work in conjunction with the Registered Manager to ensure compliance and continual quality improvement of service delivery.
**Training**:
The Training Facilitator is responsible for ensuring the development, delivery and evaluation of company training.
They must ensure that any company training and development needs are identified and achieved.
- To deliver, as required, bespoke and specialist training to meet current service and workforce development.
**ESSENTIAL**:
- Previous experience in monitoring and compliance of quality systems and processes
- Previous teaching/training experience within Heath & Social Care
- QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care or above
- Registered with the NI Social Care Council and/or registration with the Nursing Midwifery Council
- Must hold a full driving licence and have the use of a vehicle
**DESIRABLE**:
- Registered Nurse
- QCF Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
- Qualified workplace tutor/assessor in Health & Social Care
- CIT Certificate in teaching
- equivalent or above
