Employment
Support Service (ESS) is one of the largest teams across NYC and provides a
host of services including payroll admin for schools and services, LGPS
pensions administration, occupational health, DBS and local partners and
directorate services. We have around 42,000 customers who all rely on us to
provide a fantastic professional customer experience.

We currently
have a vacancy in the following area:
Salary
Sacrifice Scheme Administration

As
part of this new job opportunity, you will be the first point of contact for employees
who have achieved the milestones for the Long Service Awards, and you will
issue certificates and any monetary/gift certificates to be awarded.

You will book
ceremonies held by the Chief Executive and arrange the catering and photography
for the events. You will support colleagues to aid employees to successfully access
the employee benefits salary sacrifice schemes such as Home Tech, Cycle to
Work, Green Lease Car scheme and Eden Red Childcare. As part of the role you
monthly deduction reports and reconciliations.
