Are you a motivated Administrator with good communication skills? If so, we may have the perfect role for you.

An
opportunity has arisen for the appointment of an office based Business Support
Administrator within Business Support Services based on Reception at
White Rose House. The post is part time,
18.5 hours per week. You will be part of a team of Reception admin and required
to work Wednesday afternoon, Thursday and Friday.

You will be undertaking a wide range of administrative and reception duties including data
input on excel and Liquid Logic systems, distribution of post,
printing/scanning documents, meeting and greeting members of the public and
internal customers. Training will be given to the appointed person.

The successful applicant must have good keyboard skills and have experience in
literacy and numeracy skills are required and you must be able to prioritise
your own workload, be conscientious, well-organised, have the ability to work
unsupervised as well as part of a team and be flexible in your approach.

You
must respect the need for confidentiality of personal information and have
knowledge of Data Protection, Equalities and Health and Safety requirements of
working within an office environment.
