Service Coordinator

We are looking for a great communicator, who is highly organised to join our team here at EWIS.
We support our clients in their investigation of potential fraudulent claims and liability investigations, our field-based agents require support and diary management from our Customer Service team based in Bolton. That’s where you come in.
Taking inbound calls from clients, members of the public and field agents you will manage all manner of queries, issues and administration tasks.
This is a really varied role and due to the nature of the work is very interesting as everything you deal with is different.
**We would like to see**:
- Good GCSE results
- Good IT skills
- A proactive approach to work - we do not mind what industry you have worked in
- Great communication skills
Upon been shortlisted you will be asked to complete some assessments online before being shortlisted to interview stage (result dependent)
