Account Manager

This is a brand new position which would you see handling £2m worth of accounts with the primary aim being to grow the value of them.
If you have a couple of years of Acocunt Management experience, experience selling software solution sales or have sold into HR then we'd love to hear from you
This is a hybrid position based in Shoreditch, London and is a permanent role.
You’ll responsible for the end-to-end Sales Cycle across our existing clients as well as closing and onboarding new prospects with our array of best-in-class reward options.
You’ll improve and extend our client relationships and hit ambitious targets while you go. You’ll be involved in anything from converting a Marketing Qualified Lead, to extending our relationship with an enterprise client, to reporting on your array of accounts
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing and hitting B2B sales targets
- Key contributions to overall sales and marketing strategy
- Ensuring our CRM tool (Zoho) is accurately used for reporting and forecasting on a daily basis
- Ensuring new products are brought to market in a clear and effective manner
- Reporting on Sales numbers and your productivity on a weekly basis to the Sales Director
- Identifying new business opportunities, generating and cultivating potential leads to enhance the number and quality of new opportunities
- Maintaining contact with new prospects to ensure the best opportunities for converting them to clients
- Responding to client briefs with creative and commercially astute proposals, within client timeframes according to their specific requirements
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with new and existing clients, keeping in regular contact with all accounts under your control
- Responding to queries and requests from clients in a full and timely manner, acting as a customer service champion for the business
- Actively working to gain knowledge of the business operations and needs of the client base to best serve their requirements and encourage retention
- Creating and developing commercial opportunities with existing clients, maximising account and revenue growth
- Establishing and maintaining a pipeline of future work
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure deadlines and implementation timeframes are met
- Fully understanding the products, service, and the processes behind each client scheme
- Keeping fully abreast of industry developments, the company’s product offering and service portfolio
- Contributing to team meetings
- Achieving monthly and annual revenue targets and KPIs as set by the Sales Director
- Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Sales Director or any other member of the Senior Management Team.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Account Manager
- Demonstrated success managing and growing accounts
- Keen interest in reviewing data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
- Experience selling into HR preferable
- As is experience of software solution sales
- PowerPoint/Presentation Jedi
- Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Examples of previous sales success
Salary - Up to £40k base. Additionally, there is a commission structure, annual company profit share scheme, and £500 bonuses from quarterly personal development reviews providing targets are hit.
Likely OTE £50k minimum.
