Part Time Office Assistant

We are a small accounting firm in Partridge Green, Horsham. We are professional, customer-centric, supportive, and our goal is to provide the best possible service to our clients.
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and professional employee to join our team as an office assistant.
**Key responsibilities**:
- must be in the office at 9 am sharp
- take phone calls and arrange meetings
- manage the team's calendars
- manage deadlines and chase clients
- update and keep track of spreadsheets
- organise signature of documents
- manage, organise and update clients files (digital and physical) making sure our database is up-to-date and in compliance with company's policy, AML and GDPR
- assist the onboarding process of new clients with Trello
- keep track, send out and chase payment of invoices
- organise shredding service pick-up
- organise collection and delivery of clients' documents
- order and keep track of office supplies (stationary, postage, cleaning supplies)
- clean the office (vacuum, wipe surfaces, take out trash) and keep it tidy
**Key requirements**:
- Administrative/secretarial experience essential
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) essential
- Experience with Trello or similar tools preferred
- Tech savvy, with an eye for anti-phishing, anti-hacking and anti-fraud
- Client service experience, either face-to-face or office-based
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proactive and client-driven
- Organised and tidy
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10 per week
**Salary**: £14.00 per hour
