Overview:

- These are permanent roles
- We are based in Tunbridge Wells with access from local bus routes and a 10-minute walk from train links
- Our working hours are Monday to Friday, with shifts patterns between 9am-8pm
- The starting salary is £23,000 - £25,000 in addition to OTE potential of £27,000-£29,000
- We have a structured 2-week initial training programme and a dedicated training team to ensure you have all the support you need to be successful throughout continued training. After 6-Months of employment the opportunity to enrol onto a CII qualification will become available

**Responsibilities**:
**A bit about the job**:
In this role you will be helping a variety of small to medium size businesses find insurance policies that meet their needs. You will speak to new and existing customers who have made an appointment to discuss their insurance (there is no cold calling) and use your communication skills to build a rapport, gather the right information to understand their needs and help them find the right insurance policy, supporting them and providing excellent customer service along the way.

**What you’ll get for this role**:

- Annual salary of £23,000 - £25,000 in addition to OTE potential of £27,000-£29,000
