As a Business Central Pre-Sales Consultant based in the UK you will support commercial opportunities and the tender process within Infinity Group. You’ll get the opportunity to be a Business Central Pre-Sales consultant, for one of the fastest growing Microsoft partners, shaping new engagements of Business Central and the wider Dynamics 365 ecosystem from initial engagement to contract and handover to delivery. You will work as part of a pre-sales team with excellent skills in all of the Dynamics 365 Apps

**What skills and working characteristics should this person have?**:

- Experience of D365 BC/NAV covering finance, supply chain, projects, manufacturing and service management
- Ability to understand business types, challenges and articulate how D365 will address the needs of businesses
- Ability to explain key concepts of technology to non-technical business users
- Strong presentation skills - articulate and clear - both in person and on-line
- Confident in pressurised situations with strict deadlines
- Provide constructive feedback and support continuous improvement

**As a Dynamics Business Central Pre-Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for**:

- Understanding of industry-standard business practices supported by Dynamics.
- A strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC supported with appropriate certifications.
- Ability to understand our business, our technology, products and market approaches is an essential part of this role.
- Leading the solutioning of leads and opportunities alongside Business Applications sellers
- Preparing and delivering tailored demonstrations to clients both online and in person
- Responding to RFP/RFI documents and preparing estimates and sales collateral
- Engaging in marketing activities to support the sales and marketing team
- Engaging with Microsoft and the wider D365 Community as part of the Infinity Group team
- Aligning with the delivery team to ensure clear handovers to support successful implementations
