**About the role**:
We are looking for an Operations Office Co-Ordinator to help us support the team that creates our new generation of innovative products across our Shark & Ninja ranges. Working as part of our London Design Office based in Battersea, you will bring a positive "can do" attitude to the role, to help the Operations team deliver excellent stock control, logistics and Operations / admin support to the London team. This role is based onsite, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.

**Here are some of the exciting things you'll be doing**:

- Manual handling of inbound and outbound items (receipt / inventory / distribution to package recipients).
- Arrangement of inbound and outbound couriers (international and domestic) and liaising with the London team on the same.
- Implementation and ownership of sample control process (receipt / inventory / tracking to destruction / documentation of the same).
- General stock control within the Battersea office (ensuring the storage areas are inventoried, stock rotated out / disposed of.
- Daily cover for reception (3rd party security team breaks / lunch).
- Liaising with staff, supplier and client visitors.
- Ops team (holiday cover) as / when needed.
- Working with management and team to ensure compliance of H&S procedures.

**Here are some of the things you'll bring**:

- Due to the nature of the role, we need someone to be on site 5 per week and is able take ownership of manual handling
- You have a customer service mindset and are energized by keeping stock / inventory in good order and helping your colleagues on an ops / admin level with all things logistics / stock etc.
- Have great interpersonal skills and communicates effectively and professionally with colleagues.
- Highly organized & able to prioritize a varied workload but also ensuring the routine (daily / weekly) activities are completed.
- A "muck in" mindset where no task is too big or too small.
- Previous experience in stock / logistics role - particularly if you have experience setting up processes and systems in stock control / management.
