This is an Administration Officer role will require the post holder to provide
administration/reception services which will include the use of good communication skills and the production of documents, updating of e-systems, collating of information, mail distribution, filing, typing, booking venues etc.

To coordinate and maintain arrangements to facilitate the patients progression along a defined pathway. To maintain the office organisation and monitor the workload related to the service and associated duties.

The post holder will be responsible for the effective and efficient running of The Local Primary Mental Health Support Service Swansea (LPMHSS). They will have excellent administration skills; ensure the workload is kept up-to-date.

The post holder will ensure all administrative duties relating to LPMHSS is adhered to as per the department Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). They will be responsible for leading clients through the process from the initial first contact, through to discharge. Th

Organising and coordinating meetings/conferences, booking meeting rooms/venues assisting staff, creating new electronic forms and assisting staff in their use, and organising I.T. installations for staff members.

Answering the telephone, being the first point of contact for the department, digital audio typing, minute taking, filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning and typing of other correspondences relating to health professionals, patients, and clients and carers.

At all times, the post holder will be expected to use sensitivity to deal with Information in a confidential and professional manner.
