Enghouse Interactive _is looking to hire a **Customer Experience & Renewals Specialist** to join our dynamic Team This is a contract role covering maternity leave (9 months)

What you will be doing:_**
- Customer Advocacy: Understand and champion the voice of our customers, integrating feedback to shape our services and products.
- Renewal Management: Coordinate renewals seamlessly, addressing concerns with genuine concern, ensuring our loyal customers are always at the forefront.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage closely with diverse teams, ensuring harmonious and consistent experiences across the spectrum.
**_ Requirements:_**
- Proven experience in customer experience, renewals, or a closely related field.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at forming and maintaining relationships.
- A sharp analytical mind, skilled at distilling complex customer data into actionable strategies.
- Proactivity and foresight in addressing and anticipating potential customer challenges.
- Commercially aware to provide the best service to our customers
- Excel in a fast-paced environment

- Have experience working with channel partnership
- Have a track record of identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Proficient and comfortable with MS Excel
