Tate are working with a well-established, long standing energy provider, to recruit for a Customer Advisor and a Billing Administrator, based in Perth, UK.
The main purpose of these roles is to provide support to business energy users, from dealing with general enquiries to supporting with billing enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:

- Working in the connections team, who are the first point of contact for customers wishing to have a new electricity connection, increase the size of their existing connection, install generation or moving the equipment supplying their property.
- You will be speaking to many customers regarding other general engineering enquiries and taking payments for all chargeable works.
- Logging and updating the database for customers
- Liaise with the financial team to handle billing enquiries
- Processing all billing and chargeable works
- Responding to billing queries
- General ad-hoc duties
Person Specification:

- Billing experience
- Good organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- A background in administration
- Confident when dealing with customers and making calls when necessary
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of accuracy & compliance
- IT Literate
- Able to manage your own workload
- The ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with working in fast paced environment s
