- Admin Assistant_
We are an expanding Property Management company in Gateshead that specialises in residential portfolio management across the North East on behalf of a number of large corporate clients.

We are seeking to recruit a full time admin assistant to compliment our Office based staff.

Working hours are 9am - 6pm Monday - Thursday and 9am - 3pm on a Friday.

Key responsibilities include:

- Answering telephone
- Calling back web enquiries
- Diary Management
- General housekeeping
- General administration, photocopying, filing faxing and scanning, etc.
- Rent Controls

The applicant must possess:

- A desire to provide excellent customer care
- Good communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- The ability to deal with queries quickly and efficiently
- IT skills in Microsoft Office
- The ability to work using their own initiative
- Punctuality
- Flexibility
- A full UK driving licence
- Pass in GCSE's in Maths and English

It would be beneficial if you have experience in administration

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
