**Full Job Description**: Office Administrator
- **Role**:The Office Administrator ensures the smooth running of the Companies Business Operations and is an important contribution to driving our sustainable growth.
- You will take care of day to day business operations administration, system processing and book keeping support.
- **About You**:A person with strong organisational and administrative skills with an ability to multi-task, good at problem solving and an ability to communicate well with both internal and external processes of the company.
- **Tasks**
- Co-ordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Work with inbound/outbound communication channels
- Liase with engineers
- Convert incoming enquiries to live jobs
- Request Supplier quotations
- Raise Purchase orders
- Work with both Sales/Purchase Ledger
- Raising, Sending and Paying Invoices
- Reconciling Bank Statements
- Producing Monthly Accounts
- You will also assist with administration tasks and be able to answer questions from our staff, external clients, or suppliers.
- You will be expected to document and maintain the business finance procedures, updating and implementing when necessary
- Daily Tasks include:

- Bank Reconciliation
- Credit Control
- Dealing with engineer’s timesheets for payroll, expense receipts and mileage info
- General Office duties -flexible support with answering calls or making calls
- Liaising with Third Party Providers, Clients, Suppliers
- Maintain the Company Purchase and Sales Ledger
- Processing Expense requests
- Producing Monthly Management Accounts
- Preparation of info for quarterly VAT returns
- Raising Sales Invoices and Invoice Processing
- Skills and Experience required

- High level of accuracy
- Knowledge of Sage 50 / Xero
- Knowledge of Microsoft programmes word/excel
- Mathematics
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Role: Full Time - Permanent Position
- Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum negotiable dependent on experience
- Hours of Work: Monday 9.00am to 5.00PM - however we are open to flexible working
- Benefits: On-site parking, Clean Green Environment, Company pension after probation period
