**We’re looking for an experienced and skilled Events Administrator to help design and deliver a varied programme of quality events for an organisation which puts its customers and the social housing sector at the heart of everything it does.**

**Salary: c£25,000pa dependant on experience**

**Location: Flexibility to work in the Coventry office or hybrid**

**About the role**

As the Events Administrator you will help raise the profile of Housemark through project managing and delivering engaging events aimed at both members and non-members, that delivers tangible takeaways to attendees, generates opportunities to engage with members and the wider sector, and boosts Housemark’s revenue and reputation.

**You will**:

- Manage the process of individual events from initial planning to onsite or virtual delivery and post-event analysis for a range of Housemark events and training.
- Ensure all work, events and communications meets high quality standards.
- Project manage the events in your portfolio including liaison with speakers, operating within the allocated budget for the event and ensuring that all deadlines are met.
- Boost event engagement by working within the customer and marketing team to supply copy and information to support the sales and marketing of events that attract the right audience, meet attendance targets, attract sponsorship and achieve high overall satisfaction.
- Working with Housemark colleagues, capture insights and opportunities from events to feed into business and product development ideas and maximise reach and reputational gains for Housemark.
- Deliver post-event follow up with participants to successfully evaluate event performance, feeding our continuous improvement and learning.
- Stay updated on all the latest trends and emerging interests in the social housing sector positioning you to make recommendations about event content, speakers and preparing briefings that maximise the impact of events.

**About you - your qualifications and experience**

We’re looking for someone who can make connections, inspires confidence in their delivery, with an eye for the smooth and seamless flow of complex logistics, as well as the capability to wow in events. You’ll thrive dealing directly with our customers and internal stakeholders alike, drawing on your excellent people skills to build relationships, trust and respect in a fast-paced environment.

**Specifically we’re looking for someone who can bring**:

- Proven experience of managing and delivering business to business events, preferably with a blend of experience of in person and virtual event delivery, and ideally with a qualification in event management.
- Experience of B2B events, and ideally experience of logistics for exhibitions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexibility and build excellent relationships.
- Excellent organisation and project management skills with experience working across all aspect of event logistics, venues, live event production, AV and tech set up, accommodation, as well as virtual event delivery.
- Experience of working under pressure, and who is collaborative and solution focussed
- Awareness of event industry trends and insights, and constantly looking for new and innovative offerings.
