We are seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to join our live events team in the West Midlands, UK. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, including answering initial enquiries, booking crew and resources, raising purchase orders and invoices, and handling logistics such as parcel delivery and collection.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and multi-task. Experience in using IT systems, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite is required. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading live event production company and be part of a dynamic team delivering high-profile conferences, awards shows, festival activations, and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the events team
  • Answer initial enquiries and respond to client communications
  • Book crew and resources for events
  • Raise purchase orders and invoices on the system
  • Handle logistics such as parcel delivery and collection

Requirements:

  • Highly organised approach with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Experience in using IT systems, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Office administration skills

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum + benefits
