Our client is seeking an immediately available HR Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis. You will be working with a supportive, fast paced and customer focused HR team providing a professional and efficient HR administration service.

Key Responsibilities will include:
Record and maintain accurate information on the company's HR system, including collating all documentation in respect of new starters, issuing all documentation for new starters, and managing the leavers 'off-boarding' process.

Provide employee references and issue contractual changes documentation, ensuring the HR system is updated.

Provide first-line support to people managers and employees on a variety of queries and Employee Relations issues, escalating when necessary.

Maintain all standard employment correspondence in line with best practice and UK legislation changes, including GDPR.

About you:
Prior administration experience within a fast paced HR function would be helpful but not essential.

Ability to prioritise and escalate where necessary.

Strong customer focus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

A positive team-oriented outlook.

Good data entry/keyboard skills with an eye for detail.
