Business Support Administrator

Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join our team, based in Ellesmere Port. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a salary of £22,734.35 per annum Plus Excellent Benefits

**Responsibilities for this Business Support Administrator role are**:
Help us manage contractual requirements for a range of jobs
Providing strong administrative support for maintenance works
Coordinating programmed works schedules
Working to meet customer and client expectations
Validating each job to ensure the required information is available
Ensuring all regulatory information is updated, logged and logged to relevant system
Administrating works to support Supervisors\Site Managers to enable them to prioritise and schedule
Provide an efficient and flexible response to operational issues, in order to maintain levels of service delivery and support Supervisor\Site Supervisors to meet contractual requirements
**What we are looking for in our ideal Business Support Administrator**:
Competent in all aspects of admin including having strong coordinator experience, ability to operate a computerised data base system. Good range of IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook. Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to manage change.
