We are a small, family business of Japanese Casual Dining Restaurants in South London, needing help to assist the Owner/Director in running the Administrative side of the business, as we look to expand our business across the next 5-10 years.
Working comfortably from our Home Office in beautiful Herne Hill, SE24, just 5 mins from the Station, your tasks will be as varied as helping us with Payroll, Invoices and Accounting Returns, to filing paperwork, printing Restaurant Menus and fixing phones
- Data Entry
- Cash Float Management
- Rota Adjustments
- Dealing with correspondence & phone calls
- Filing & Documentation
- Updating & creating data bases
- Track, Manage & Order Restaurant Supplies
- Manage licensing, registration, permit approvals
- Digitial Menu Management
- Refund Claim Management
- Performance Reports
- Manage Director apppointments
- Assist with recruitment of new employees
- Payroll
- Invoice & Expense Management
- Assist with VAT Returns
- Assist with Annual Accounts preparation
Knowledge of Excel & Google Sheets is essential.
Knowledge of Xero is not required, but would be welcomed
We are fairly flexible with hours, as long as it's somewhere between 10am and 7pm, most days of the week (Mon-Fri), minimum 20hrs.
