**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products or services
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette skills at all times
- Analyse customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue

**Skills**:

- Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate and empathise with customers
- Capable of analysing customer needs and tailoring solutions accordingly
- Experience in upselling products or services is advantageous

Pay: From £24,345.00 per year
