Title: HR Partner - Bracknell

**Salary**: £32,000 negotiable + excellent company benefits

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (permanent, full-time position)

Our client is looking for a responsible individual to provide a high-quality experience for all staff across their business. You will be supporting the successful delivery of recruitment and selection, performance and systems management, and payroll.

Responsibilities will include:

- Support the Lead HR Partner in understanding the needs of the business
- Assist with the management of employee relations cases
- Ensure the business can effectively recruit and on-board the best new colleagues, including supporting managers with selection and assisting with the onboarding process
- Oversee the update/management of all our HR systems (HRIS, ATS & LMS)
- Undertake overall colleague administration including recruitment, contracts of employment, changes to contracts and learning & development activities
- Assist with the management of the overall payroll process
- You will ensure successful management of our colleague benefits package.
- Support the production of data and analysis for positive performance management
- Manage, where appropriate, low-level/early-stage employee relations cases, including those related to disciplinary, grievance and capability (performance & sickness)

- Able to work under pressure and still maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Keen interest in recruitment, employment law, and employee relations
- Solid IT competency with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products in a corporate environment
- Confident problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products in a corporate environment
- Previous administration experience
- Ability to be flexible and work collaboratively
