**Job Purpose**

The role is to provide HR administrator service to all of the brands across the Brickability Group and support the wider people team. To provide administrative support and action all people transactional requirements as part of the People Service Team. Dealing with requests for standard documentation. Based from the Bracknell Head Office.

**Reporting Line**

Reports to: Group People Director

**Key Responsibilities**

The main responsibilities of the People Administrator are:
**Technical Knowledge**
- Provide HR Administration support to all Brands within the Brickability Group
- Support and manage the full range of people related activities including;
- Support the recruitment process and full admin support of this process
- Ensuring all Employee data and files are complete and comply with GDPR
- Requesting past employment references
- Liaising with payroll department to ensure all changes to payroll are actioned
- Management of the full absence process including the correct salary payment
- Monthly activity to support absence management and control of absence levels
- Updating online HR information portal with any people activity
- Production of letters for all staff changes, promotions, salary changes and changes to terms and conditions of employment using standard templates
- Coordination of the leavers process to ensure resignations are acknowledged and payroll correctly notified
- Full management of the HR IT platforms, acts as super users across the Group
- Scheduling tasks on planner and completing inline with time scales
- Ensuring the People Director is made aware of urgent actions that need to be done
- Working with the wider People team
- General administration for the People team
- Support the People Team as required

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
