**The role**:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Systems Advisor to join the team, to enable Hovis to deliver on its vision of being the best quality brand in bakery.

Working with the HR and central support teams, some of the key accountabilities include;
- Provide support to the Business in the development, building, testing and implementation of HR systems.-
- Business analysis, design, technical and functional specifications, testing, training, implementation, post implementation support and issue resolution.
- Basic configuration and support of SAP HCM modules in Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY) and also Successfactors modules in Employee Central, Employee Service Centre, Recruitment Marketing, Recruitment Management, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, SAP Jam and DocuSig.

**Technical Competence**
- Extensive SAP/SF’s HCM System Knowledge.
- Committed to developing SAP/SF’s HCM Configuration skills.

**Customer Service**
- Able to understand and meet needs of all Stakeholders (End Users, HR, Payroll & Support Providers) and confident to work with a wide range of Stakeholders across the Organisation at varying levels.
