Social and Creative Media Executive

Digitgain Ltd is looking for someone with a passion for creativity, marketing, and content creation to manage our Marketing Department.
Digitgain Ltd comprises of 2 children’s nurseries, Jubilee Day Nursery and Jubilee Gems for children from 3 months to 5 years, alongside our holiday club Jubilee Jets catering for children from 5 to 11 years and The Little Play Lounge our eco friendly play café welcoming babies, and their families, from birth to 3 and half years.
You will work to deliver the best possible visual marketing through images, videos and written content. From blogs to socials - this will be one of the most varied roles you’ll ever have.
As executive of our Marketing Department you will be responsible for leading social media strategies for Digitgain’s subsidiary divisions, ensuring exceptional results across multiple platforms and succeeding in sharing our company mission and ethos.
The position is spread across our 3 different sites, so the ability to drive is a must, however, these sites are all within a few minutes of each other.
40 hours across Monday to Friday however daily hours can be discussed.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create and plan the social media strategy across our organic channels, such as Instagram, X, TikTok and Facebook.
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies
- Oversee the implementation of social media, PR and SEO campaigns, coordinating with our external partners to deliver high-quality work
- Monitor and analyse the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Work with brands that complement our ethos to extend publicity via our socials.
- Conduct research to create blogs that correspond to current trends in the industry, provide thought provoking questions with an engaging writing style.
- Analyse cultural, community, media, market trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead of the curve and enhance brand differentiation.
- Manage our social media channels, ensuring that they are up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with their brand messaging.
- Engaging with viewers and followers on social media; answering questions, and fostering meaningful interactions.
- Developing engaging scripts tailored to each platform and audience demographics.
- Presenting, filming and editing various types of creative and engaging content for website page, paid ads and social media posts.
- Taking ownership of the social content calendar ensures consistent and timely delivery across various platforms and aligning all activities with the overall marketing strategy.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- A love for all things childcare and the outdoors
- An understanding of our mission and ethos as a whole company.
- Professional knowledge across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.
- Experience working in content creation and social media marketing
- Experience with Video editing software on Social Platforms (Like TikTok / Instagram)
- Ability to use design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Digital Design, Wix or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
- Strong understanding of video production principles, proficient in video shooting and editing.
- Highly organized, self-sufficient with an ability to prioritize and drive multiple projects simultaneously.
- High-quality self-editor eg. professional standards of written, image and video-led communications.
- A genuine love for social media, trends, hashtags, memes, innovations and social best practices and conversation within the news cycle
