This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Media Field Technician, you will be the face of Kantar Media, representing our brand to the outside world.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously in a remote role. You will be required to travel regionally within the UK, using a company-provided vehicle.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Installing and maintaining metering equipment and software in panel homes.
  • Providing outstanding customer service, professionalism, and being part of a team that delivers a standout experience for our panel members.
  • Educating and encouraging panel members in the correct use and care of the metering equipment.
  • Working with our wider operational teams to ensure SLAs and project deadlines are met on time.
  • Investigating and trouble-shooting any issues.
  • Liaising with the Panel Service Exec teams to ensure optimal service to panelists.
  • Accurately logging and reporting all panel home activity.

You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our Solution and Fleet Manager to maintain accurate stock levels of metering equipment as required.
