Nottingham, United Kingdom Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Full time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Secretary to join our Admin Team working within CAMHS MHST based at Highbury Hospital.

MHST is an early intervention wellbeing service aimed at providing support for children young people and families around low-level emotional wellbeing needs, such as anxiety, low mood, managing emotions, and sleep.

We link in directly with Nottinghamshire CAMHS teams and provide ‘in school’ sessions to promote positive mental health.

This is a part time role of 30 hours based at Highbury Hospital, Bulwell, Nottingham.

The main responsibility of the role is to provide administrative support to the team. Duties will include typing letters, room bookings, minute taking, taking calls, booking appointments using the Trust database system and holding electronic diaries. Ideally, you should be flexible to cover other responsibilities to meet the demands of the service.

The post involves speaking to service users, carers and other agencies. You will be expected to be a team player.

Applicants must possess a typing/word processing qualification to at least RSA III/OCR equivalent, educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. You will work under the direct supervision of the Admin Team Leader and have the ability to prioritise own work within tight deadlines.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this post.

Nottinghamshire Healthcare employs over 10,000 colleagues who help #MakeADifference every day. We provide intellectual disability, mental health, community health, forensic and offender healthcare services across Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire. Care is delivered from over 120 sites within the community from acute settings and across low, medium and high secure environments including prisons.

As one of the largest mental health and community trusts in the East Midlands and one of the biggest employers in Nottinghamshire. We are also home to national and regional services such as the National High Secure Deaf Service and the Nottingham Centre for Transgender Health.

We are committed to flexible and agile working, including the opportunity to join our bank.

Your health and wellbeing is our priority and as such we invest significantly in this via our in-house Occupational Health Service, Staff Counselling Service and Health and Wellbeing Team.

We offer a number of employee-led staff networks, including Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) groups, our Green Champions Network, Freedom to Speak Up Network. Health and Wellbeing Champions Network and Menopause Champions. We provide care to a diverse range of communities and are passionate about supporting diversity and inclusion in the Trust.

If you believe in our values of Trust, Honesty, Respect, Compassion and Teamwork, then we would love to hear from you

**The main duties/responsibilities of the role are**:
- To provide a comprehensive, efficient and confidential, administrative and secretarial service to the multi-disciplinary team in the Mental Health Support Team.

To work in close co-operation with staff and other health professionals to ensure a quality service.

To be an active and supportive member of the MHST's administrative team.

(For full range of role responsibilities and duties please refer to the attached job description)

Please note that this post does not meet the pay level required for a Skilled worker visa.

Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the bottom of the band in line with Agenda for Change. In these circumstances the Trust would not, therefore, be able to sponsor for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa.
