Our client is currently looking for a Positive & Friendly Customer Service Executive to join their Customer Service Team based in Newry, Co. Down.

**Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities**:

- Answering inbound calls and providing information to clients
- Making outbound calls where required
- Capturing and processing customer orders
- Respond & deal with customer queries
- Liaise with all departments within the business
- Reception cover

**Skills & Experience**:

- Excellent Communication Skills
- IT Skills to include Microsoft Excel and Microsoft word desirable but not essential
- Accurate data entry skills
- Positive & motivated person with a passion to deliver excellent Customer Service
- 1 years’ experience in Customer Service desirable but not essential
- Graduates welcome to apply
