Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leisure Attendant to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service support to individuals and groups at our Leisure Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service to visitors, ensuring their comfort, safety, and enjoyment.
  • Pool Operations: Assist with pool operations, including lifeguarding, swimming instruction, and fitness classes (where qualified).
  • Facility Maintenance: Perform housekeeping, cleaning, and maintenance duties to maintain the facility's high standards.
  • Enforcement of Rules: Enforce rules and regulations to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all patrons.
  • Child Protection: Monitor and assess the conduct of patrons, particularly children and vulnerable adults, and apply our Child Protection and Vulnerable Adults Policy and Procedures as required.
Requirements
  • Availability: Be available to work immediately or at short notice.
  • Right to Work: Have the right to work in the UK.
