Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Leisure Attendant to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will provide exceptional customer service support to individuals and groups at our Leisure Centre, ensuring visitor comfort, safety, and enjoyment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service support to patrons, including fitness instruction, gym supervision, and swimming instruction, as required.
  • Ensure safe management of spinal injuries by deploying spinal injury boards in accordance with specialized training.
  • Carry out duties as a Swimming Instructor, Group Exercise Coach, or Fitness Instructor, as instructed by line management.
  • Perform housekeeping, cleaning, and customer service duties to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Enforce rules and regulations to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all patrons.
  • Monitor and assess patron conduct, with a focus on protecting children and vulnerable adults from danger or inappropriate behavior.

Requirements:

  • Strong swimming ability and physical fitness to facilitate safe and effective water rescues.
  • Availability to work immediately or at short notice.
  • Right to work in the UK.
