We are looking for a talented and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. While having knowledge of AutoCAD software would be exceptional, we provide comprehensive training to all our Sales Representatives to ensure their success. In this role, you will have the opportunity to conduct site surveys for our products, utilizing your proficiency in the field. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our products and services to potential customers. Building and nurturing customer relationships is a vital aspect of this position, as it ensures customer satisfaction and fosters long-term partnerships. As a Sales Representative, you will utilize your exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and customer service to drive sales and meet targets. **Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering personalized support throughout the sales process.
- With a strong willingness to learn and utilize AutoCAD software, the company will provide comprehensive training to create precise drawings, designs, and proposals for customer projects, effectively highlighting our products and solutions.
- Conduct site surveys to evaluate customer needs, assess the feasibility of project requirements and gather essential information for successful project execution.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels, including networking events, trade shows, and online platforms.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages, and tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition and align with customer requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with customers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes, while adhering to company policies and profitability targets.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics set by the company, while maintaining accurate and timely sales records.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably with experience in technical sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers at various levels.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills to drive successful sales outcomes.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset to address customer challenges effectively.
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required to meet with customers or attend industry events.
- Salary: Competitive base salary of 30k, plus commission based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), allowing for significant earning potential.

**Benefits**:

- Commission: In addition to the base salary, you will have the opportunity to earn commission based on achieving or exceeding your KPIs, rewarding your sales performance and efforts.
- Car Expenses: Reimbursement of expenses related to the use of a company-provided or personal car for business purposes, ensuring smooth mobility and flexibility in your role.
- 2 pm finish on Friday (37.75 hours basic week)
- Private Health Insurance for the successful applicant, his/her Partner, and children (up to the age of 25) after the qualifying period.
- Death in Service Life Insurance after the qualifying period. Equivalent to 4 x annual salary.
- 30 Days Paid Holidays p.a.
- NEST Pension scheme.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
