Junior Sales Trainer

**Sales Trainer Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for our sales teams.
- Work closely with experienced trainers to learn and understand effective training techniques
- Provide constructive feedback to sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales training.
- Conduct training sessions to educate sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.

**Sales Trainer Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (Preferred but not essential)
- Strong interest in sales and a desire to pursue a career in training.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Basic understanding of sales principles is a plus.
