As a new recruit to Tail O'The Bank you’ll be a joining our existing team and will be a valuable addition to a team that thrives on the pressure of working in a busy fast paced food led restaurant pub. You’ll take food and drink orders and deliver these to our guests to the standards set by the General Manager and to the satisfaction of the guest, whilst maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance with hygiene regulations at all times.

Experience in a similar role is preferred.

Salary meets National Minimum Wage/National Living Wage +6p.

This role will include working evenings and weekends.

Due to requirements of role, applicants should be at least 18 years old.
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- Promote friendly, efficient and effective relationships with all customers and team members.
- Approach all work responsibilities with a positive and proactive nature.
- Take food and drink orders and deliver these to our guests with fantastic customer service.
- Responsible for the payment and accurate charging of all orders taken.
- Carry out open and close-down procedures of the bar at specific times.
- Ensure bar stock levels are monitored and rotated.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness at the bar and in the customer areas.
- Maintain the standards of personal hygiene, dress and appearance as detailed by the General Manager.
- Drive sales by up-selling at every opportunity.
- Carry out any reasonable request that may be made by the General Manager and any other member of the management team.

**Salary**: From £8.70 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 30 per week
