**Customer Service Administrator (IT Kit Collections)**

To work within a dynamic team providing customer service excellence through building The role of the customer service administrator (It Kit Collections) is to work within the deleivery and operations specialist team to reach out / Liaise with previous employees to arrange the uplift of the equipment, this will be to arrange a time and date on a courier website, send out the boxes. Once the kit is back your role will be to close the ticket on a SAP style system.

**Duties to include**:

- Providing a professional experience
- Managing targets And Kpis
- Adherence to call requirements,
- Can do attitude.
- Self-motivated behaviour with excellent timekeeping, time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Windows.
- Ability to maximise potential within self and others.
- Ability to maintain a professional attitude and adhere to the company values at all times.
