**Customer Liaison Officer**
**(Ref: R/CLO/M/24)**
**Permanent, Monday - Friday**
**37.5 hours per week, 8:30am - 5pm**
**£24,000 - £26,500 per annum**
**Job Purpose**:
The Customer Liaison Officer will be responsible for facilitating communication and collaboration between the Kerbside department and local council areas. This is an office and field-based role and will require collaborative working with council reps and local councillors to resolve narrow access issues, complaints, service delivery issues etc.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Experience working in a customer facing role
- Experience of using standard software packages e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
- 5 GCSE’s to include Maths and English or equivalent
- Valid driving license (if not held, to have a driving license within 6 months of securing the role)
