Our client, a renowned **wholesale lighting distributor**, is seeking **Sales Support **for their Customer support team in **Newtownabbey**.

**Pay Rate**: £21,000 - £24,000 per Annum

**Working Hours**: 37.5 Hours per Week

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Permanent

**Job Criteria**:
**Essential**
- Positive and friendly personality, ability to relate with other people
- Conscientious, doing the job well and always looking for ways to improve
- Hardworking attitude and being able to identify the smallest details to improve upon
- Strong communication skills
- Reliability

**Desirable**
- Experience in a similar B2B environment, dealing with trade customers
- Working knowledge of the lighting/electrical industry

**Job Duties**:

- Support the team ensuring quotes are converted to orders.
- Process customer orders and returns, and updating their order statuses and records.
- Liaising with freight companies regarding activities.
- Working with other members of the Operations team to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.

**Additional Information**: This Sales Support position is located in Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland.
