**Job description**:
Our client, a leading workspace business is looking to hire a Facilities Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will be play a key role in the day to day management of their portfolio, ensuring all workspaces are run smoothly.

Responsibilities as the Facilities Coordinator:

- Point of contact for clients, site teams and service providers
- Build and maintain relationships with service providers, ensuring delivery is in line with contracts
- Review service provider maintenance reports, job sheets and authorise quoted works as required
- Undertake regular site audits identifying areas of concern and escalating accordingly
- Manage purchase orders and approval of FM related invoices against PO's and contracts
- Flexibility to travel to sites as required
- Preparing tender documents, meeting suppliers and analysing tender returns, achieving maximum value for money at all times

Skills required as the Facilities Coordinator:

- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and CAFM systems (Elogbooks)
- Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years facilities or office co-ordination experience in commercial buildings
- Service provider, managing agent and client facing experience is desirable
