We are looking for a Reservations Agent to join our brilliant team at Farncombe. Set on a stunning hillside in the Cotswolds, just above the beautiful village of Broadway, we offer our guests a truly luxury escape to the countryside in our award winning hotels.

We would love to hear from you if:

- You have experience of working within the hotel sector, preferably within reservations or front of house and know the guest journey as well as the demands of the role
- You have strong administrative skills and you are highly IT literate
- You have a meticulous approach to tasks with a high level of attention to detail
- You are an organised, task orientated person that can handle working on multiple tasks simultaneously

The role is office based, and is a full time contract of 40 hours per week. You'll work a mixture of shifts including 8.30am-5pm, 9am-5.30pm and 10am-6.30pm. You will be required to work 1 weekend out of 3.
