Bartender - Role Objectives:
To take ownership and support the operations of the Lounge and Bar areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure guests are greeted promptly and orders are taken, demonstrating integrity and attentiveness to their needs.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings to efficiently address guest inquiries.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all lounge and reception areas.
• Process orders for various beverages, maximizing sales opportunities discreetly and professionally.
• Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist in setting up tables for Afternoon Teas based on daily reservations.
• Regularly check on guest satisfaction and relay feedback to the Bar Manager with integrity.
• Ensure proper storage and security of all liquor items, reordering as necessary.

Bartender - Candidate Profile:

• Previous bar experience in a hotel or restaurant setting, preferably in a busy environment.
• Proficient spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a polished appearance.
