Bartender - Role Objective: To take ownership and support the operations of the Lounge and Bar areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure guests are greeted promptly and orders are taken, demonstrating integrity and attentiveness to their needs.

• Possess comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings available for sale, enabling swift responses to guest inquiries.

• Perform opening and closing duties as required.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all lounge, host, and reception areas at all times.

• Take orders for a variety of beverages, maximizing sales opportunities discreetly and professionally.

• Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Manual.

• Assist in setting up tables in the lounges for Afternoon Teas based on daily reservations.

• Regularly check on guest satisfaction and relay feedback to the Bar Manager with integrity.

• Ensure all liquor items are stored securely and reordered as necessary.

Bartender - Candidate Profile:

• Previous bar experience in a hotel or restaurant environment, preferably in a busy setting.

• Proficient spoken English skills.

• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and a polished appearance.
