A vacancy exists for a Reward Administrator working in the Reward Team in the Directorate of People and Organisational Development.

The Reward Administrator will play a key role in supporting the administration and delivery of the University's reward, benefit, and recognition processes. The role involves providing administrative assistance in various aspects of reward management, including pay, job evaluation, benefits, and recognition initiatives.

Excellent communication skills (oral and written) are required, demonstrating an ability to deal with a wide range of people, be responsive to client needs and provide information, advice and guidance whilst maintaining confidentiality. Experience of working in a collaborative team environment, providing support for colleagues is required. Excellent organisational skills, and an ability to prioritise a variety of work activities in a busy environment to meet strict deadlines is essential.
