Due to growth within our HR team, we have an opportunity for a Reward Administrator on a fixed term contract.
Whether you have HR, Reward or Payroll experience or you have administrative experience and are driven to achieve results; solution focused and have great attention to detail then this could be the opportunity for you.

**What will you bring?**
- Proven experience in an administration role - if you have worked in HR, Payroll or Reward, great But not to worry, we offer training in this area to learn and develop in the function
- Confident communicator and resourceful
- Excel knowledge is a must - you will review, analyse and report on data and MI
- Relationship builder, strong organisation, and planning abilities
**What will you do?**
- Support all first-line reward and benefit queries
- Managing and supporting administration of data/information into our key systems
- Support ongoing communications plans with our reward and benefit partners whilst resolving queries and liaising with internal stakeholders
- Supporting internal communications tools, owning the starter/leaver pension process, collation of monthly bonus submissions and supporting mid-year pay reviews
- Assisting with ad-hoc data requests, inputting updates into our HR and Payroll system and raising purchase orders / chasing invoice payments where necessary
