Reward Coordinator

We are currently looking to recruit a Reward Coordinator into our Reward Team within our Manchester office.

As a Reward Coordinator you will support the Reward Team and all employees with the successful and accurate administration of all aspects of Reward ensuring a high quality of service is provided to all internal clients.

You will provide administrative support to the Reward Team including supporting Payroll and HR Shared Services Centre where appropriate.
- Managing the reward inbox and being the first line response of all reward queries escalating as and when required.
- The accurate and timely administration of all Employee Benefit Schemes informing all relevant parties of any key changes and ensuring data integrity.
- Performing the monthly payroll close process on the benefits platform
- Responsible for updating the benefits platform with any changes to benefit information or employee changes ensuring accurate data entry.
- Managing any reward invoices liaising with finance to ensure prompt payment.
- Liaison with third party benefit providers including the Company's benefits broker.
- Supporting the share administration process including managing share agreements in Docusign and leaver letters through mail merge
- Working with the team to support data reconciliation across HR systems as and when required

Must demonstrate an unquestionable level of discretion, integrity and confidentiality

**Desirable**:
Experienced in benefits administration, preferably in a plc.

Experience of dealing with Company Share schemes either LTIP's, BAYE or SAYE
