**Part time - £22,200 pro rata**

Located in the Woodbridge Suffolk, Ufford Park Resort is perfect for getaways and business travel. The role will involve generating sales of events, as well as achieving targets and conversion of provisional business.

You will be confident in providing show-round prospective couples and event organisers, and as such, have a friendly personality with excellent communication and administration skills. The ability to cope under pressure in a busy environment is essential.

**The key parts of the role for a Wedding & Events Coordinator will be**:

- To ensure that all enquires and correspondence for the events team is dealt with efficiently and on the day of the enquiry.
- To conduct sales show rounds with maximum effectiveness.
- To ensure that all diaries and systems are kept up to date at all times.
- To provide support for all conference and banqueting operations, weddings, themed events and Christmas functions.
- To liaise and support the Food and Beverage and wider resort team to ensure the smooth running of weddings and events.

Due to the nature of the role, weekend and evening work is to be expected.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
