**Role**

Working with our Training & Development Manager you will liaise with external providers and internal assessors to book and accurately record training for our workforce.

**Responsibilities**
- Book new and expiring training for personnel
- Maintain data integrity across all training records on our HR system
- Establish excellent working relationships with workforce, internal assessors and external providers
- Raise purchase orders for Training courses
- Creating training certificates for in-house training
- Administer certificates to workforce directly
- Communicate clearly with workforce and managers to ensure transparency with training arrangements
- Following established processes to ensure consistency and continuous improvement across the training department and wider business
- Represent the businesses core values at all times

**Competencies**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work under pressure
- Good experience in learning and operating IT systems specifically MSOffice
- The ability to pick up a wide variety of different tasks

**Hours and Environment**

3 days Full time / 5 days reduced hours (24 - 30 hours)

This role will be office based but may require occasional visits to other locations.

**Salary**

£21,000 - £25,000 pro rata

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
