**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Assist in maintaining accurate waiting lists, including addition and removal of patients in line with the Trust’s Waiting List Policy. This includes the maintenance of the PTL and the patients therein to include adding clock pauses, stops etc.
- Meet directly and frequently with your team to ensure theatre lists volume and missed cases are corrected thus ensuring theatre efficiency is maximised.
- Monitor patients RTT pathways to ensure all patients are seen as soon as possible and rearrange elective surgery appointments when required to optimise long waiting patients.
- Liaise with the other Admissions Waiting List Coordinators with regard to making TCI appointments.
- Review casenotes and necessary documentation for all elective admissions.

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Previous admin experience and skills
- Waiting list co-ordinator experience (desirable)
- NHS System Knowledge
- Cerner
