Linkage, a leading learning disability charity across Greater Lincolnshire and East Riding, is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Fundraiser and Events Coordinator. This is an exciting role that will allow you to showcase your skills in planning innovative events and using digital platforms to raise funds and awareness for our cause.

As a Digital Fundraiser, your main responsibilities will include:

- Events: Together with fundraising and marketing colleagues organize and coordinate various fundraising events, both virtual and in-person, to drive donations and community engagement. From brainstorming ideas to securing event sponsors, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution.
- Donor Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing donors and cultivate new partnerships. You will have the opportunity to engage with supporters, provide them with updates on our programs, and showcase the impact of their contributions.
- Data Management: Utilise data analysis tools to measure the effectiveness of various fundraising initiatives and events. Your insights will help refine strategies and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Proven experience in organizing successful fundraising campaigns and events, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with donors, supporters, and key stakeholders.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- A genuine passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities and an understanding of the challenges they face.

The Organisation

Linkage Community Trust, commonly referred to as Linkage, is a registered charity that supports people with learning disabilities, autism or both. We deliver high quality specialist education, care (including residential), adult day services, employability and support services throughout Lincolnshire and the East Riding of Yorkshire.

The Trust was established in 1976 in recognition that there was a distinct shortage of appropriate support to help people with varying degrees of learning difficulties and disabilities to lead creative and purposeful lives in the community. This remains the case today.
