**_Duties to support separate divisions in the business_**
- To follow up cross hire off hires for fuel charges etc.
- Communicating with field staff daily regarding works and accommodation
- Complete staff and Customer DVLA License Checks
- Update CRM matrix and training matrix
- Administer Quotes, PO’s, Customer account and Supplier Records
- To ask customers for feedback after hires
- To communicate any disputes or customer complaints to the Hire Office Manager
- To liaise with the customer regarding timescales and work schedules
- Complete weekly spreadsheets to provide to the director showing utilisation, figures and summary of activity across the divisions for that week
