An exciting opportunity has arisen for an all-round operations executive to join a rapidly expanding construction company in Leeds. Due to continued success and rapid growth they are looking to appoint a hands on administrator who is proactive and innovative to help with the day-to-day running of the company, no two days will be the same and they are looking for someone positive, personable and hardworking that can help shape the future of the company. This is a brand new role in the business and an exciting opportunity to make the position your own

Responsibilities of the Operations Executive
- Providing comprehensive business management and support services to all employees to help them excel in their roles
- Improve current business processes to help them reach their growth plans and identify ways to streamline efficiencies
- Project manage various projects such as timesheet implementation, IT procurement etc
- Prepare and process invoices, knowledge of Xero would be advantageous fof this
- Line manage the office administrator and delegate work where appropriate
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Manage a budget
- Ensure the company is upto date with all relevant insurances
- Obtain most competitive prices with suppliers and negotiate deals where relevant
- Prepare NDA’s where required
- Recruit and train new starters
- Manage the onboarding of new employees
- Provide reports to senior leaders where required

The ideal Operations Executive will have:

- Previous office manager experience in professional services would be beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively negotiate with supplier and procure the best prices for contracts
- Proactive and positive approach
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills and a methodical approach

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Leeds (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Leeds: Relocate before starting work (required)
